We offer fast and reliable shipping across Cyprus and Greece. Orders placed in Cyprus are processed within the next business day, while orders to Greece are processed within 1-3 business days.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and updates. Please note that our company is not responsible for delays caused by external factors
( such as bad weather, public holidays or courier delays).

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s tracking page.

Cyprus Deliveries

We offer FREE next-day delivery across Cyprus through Akis Express and BOX NOW.
If you prefer home delivery, a fee of €5 applies.

*Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Greece Deliveries

• For customers in Greece, we offer the following options:
• Cyprus Post: €6
  BOX NOW: €4.50

Lost & Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
